شروط التبديل والاسترجاع
1. الفاتورة الأصلية مطلوبة:
يجب تقديم الفاتورة الأصلية كإثبات للشراء.
2. الحالة الأصلية للمنتج:
يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وغير مغسولة، وفي حالتها الأصلية مع وجود جميع العلامات والملحقات المرفقة.
3. المدة الزمنية:
يمكن تقديم طلب التبديل أو الاسترجاع عن طريق ارسال ايميل kbatkids@gmail.com خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.
4. المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع:
• الملابس الداخلية.
• أي منتجات مخصصة أو معدلة حسب الطلب.
• المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو تلفها نتيجة سوء الاستخدام.
5. المنتجات المعيبة أو التي تحتوي على عيب تصنيع:
إذا كانت هناك مشكلة في الجودة أو عيب تصنيع، يحق لك استرجاع المنتج أو استبداله بعد الفحص والتأكد.
6. سياسة الشحن والاسترجاع:
يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن في حالة التبديل أو الاسترجاع ما لم يكن السبب وجود عيب في المنتج أو خطأ في الطلب.
7. طريقة الاسترداد:
يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء خلال 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ الموافقة على الطلب.

2. Product Condition:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and accessories attached.
3. Timeframe:
Return or exchange requests on email kbatkids@gmail.com can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
• Underwear.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Items that are used or damaged due to misuse.
5. Defective or Damaged Items:
If there is a quality issue or manufacturing defect, you are entitled to return or exchange the item after inspection and confirmation.
6. Shipping and Return Costs:
The customer bears the shipping cost for exchanges or returns unless the item is defective or an error occurred in the order.
7. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 7 business days from the approval of the request.
